It's called going on a wild goose chase. Do you honestly think the Democrats would stop with a 2 week investigation into all of this????? The BI has already investigated Kavanaugh 6 times.
What if people who may have been around say to the FBI " frick it I am not talking to you" This is nota criminal investigation, you have a right to tell them this under these circumstances. Before you say they could make this a criminal investigation....no dice on that one, last time I checked "sexual assault" is not part of the federal code and it is a state and local mater. The local cops could not investigate because by the accusers on admission ,1) there was no rape and 2) the statute of limitations are up, so even they could not compel people to talk or testify.
This is a load of shite that should have stayed in the septic tank where it belongs.

You do understand the FBI has no investigatory role in the approval process? They are information gatherers only. It is the Senate Judiciary Committee, their lawyers and staff who do the actual investigation. These kinds of accusations are investigated in a confidential manner. In this case, that couldn't happen, because Feinstein sat on it. It was then intentionally leaked after the investigatory process to avoid this confidential process and use sky screamers like yourself to try and subvert the constitutional and legal process. You are an absolute fool.
