from her own statements she answered all of these questions already

Questions:

How and where did they meet? she doesnt remember anything

How did she come to be invited to this party? she doesnt remember anything

Did she frequent parties of this type? she doesnt remember anything

Was she drinking at this party? she doesnt remember anything

Why was she wearing a bathing suit? she doesnt remember anything

She was 15, how did she get to and from the party? she doesnt remember anything

How far from where she lived was the party? she doesnt remember anything

Did her parents know where she was that night? she doesnt remember anything

If not, why? because its all made up lies is the only possible answer

no human being ever forgets any of the details surrounding the most traumatic experience of your life (as she described it) much less anything and everything about it

All of these questions are relevant to the validity of the accusation. She would be asked every one of them in a court trial. If she lived 5 miles from the party, she probably did not walk, someone had to drive her. The driver would know where the party was being held. Someone had to tell her about the party unless she stumbled on to it by accident. Most people do not wear a bathing suit to a party unless they know it is a pool party (hardly victim shaming). Many of these questions involve others that could shed light on her accusation. If she cannot answer them, case dismissed.

Her credibility took another hit the second her lawyer said she won't testify until after the FBI investigates. Clear at that point that this is just a stalling tactic. Add that together with the the fact that she told NO ONE about the supposed incident for over 30 years, and when she does first mention it to someone, the contemporaneous notes from that conversation don't match what she now says happened. The only other two people she says were involved vehemently deny it happened. Democratic, Bernie supporter from California gets a democratic operative lawyer. Sends letter to Democratic senator who sits on the allegation for months, only to surface it when the hearings are over and committee vote is scheduled. All seems to be calculated to accomplish one purpose--delay. None of this is consistent with genuine concern that something involving Kavanaugh and this woman happened 36 years ago.
