OK, you're right. Nimarata Randhawa is a "citizen" of the America-In-Name-Only Economic Zone.
I'm sure that when the framers of the Constitution talked about securing the blessings of liberty to "our Posterity" they meant the children of every Hindu and Somali that washes up on the shore.
Lol. You should read Franklin's writings on German immigrants.
The framers of the Constitution weren't infallible prophets. Why their opinion matters to changing conditions is an odd argument.

She isn’t wrong. Clearly slavery was an agitant, but it wasn’t the reasoning for the war, or let’s say not in the manner in which it’s often said it was the reason for the war. There was a struggle for political and economic power in the country at the time, demonstrated in slave and free states, and it has much less to do with the rights or wrongs of slavery as it did where the political power would reside in the country, and the southern states felt like they were going to be ruled over and so secession was the answer to that war for power. Being unfairly taxed in the form of higher and higher tariffs placed on cotton also had a lot to do with the split as people saw the price of cotton sharply decrease, and they took it personal, because it was personal, and so they seceded in order to maintain their economy, and not become even poorer.
Some things never change, and that’s the war for power and money supersedes any and all idealism in people driven solely by their wealth and power. That’s exactly what went on in the middle part of the 19th century in this country, and so don’t be fooled into thinking that people had some moral clarity arise in them over the rights and wrongs of slavery. That’s a cover story for the real truth of the war for power and wealth. These are the very same people that after the war, prevented slaves from immigrating up north through legislation, as that would have been a threat to what was really at stake here.

He's getting this right from Loomer, who has gone on the warpath about Haley "not being eligible" to be President and that she's an anchor baby and so on.

correct. secession was done over at least 4 different things.

Oh damn I just realized she's Sikh and isn't even Hindu like the genius just referenced

So your stance is, if slavery was never allowed in the U.S., there still would’ve been a civil war?
Yes. We were a Henry Clay speech and proposal away from live fire by the Federal Government in South Carolina 31 years before the War for Southern Independence.

The narrative that it was all about slavery is a relatively recent creation designed to further divide the races. It is a cute narrative that the liberals use to rewrite history in order to justify the tear down of American history, statues, institutions, etc. the ultimate goal is to tear down the Constitution.

Is this the part where you are going to ignore primary sources again? Because the references are to preserving the institution of slavery, not about a State's implicit right to an institution.

Yep
It's an inconvenient truth.

I don’t think the Nullification Crisis would’ve spawned the same type of conflict that the secession of the southern states did.

You're getting closer. The war was over secession, no matter the reason. Secession could have been over tariffs/ taxes/ slaves/ unjust laws and Lincoln would still have waged war.

The root cause of the war was secession which was over slavery. Therefore the root cause of the civil war is slavery

Did the CSA mandate the States in it to continue slavery? Or were those States at will to decide upon themselves to preserve or abolish?

That's a silly standard

This would mean slavery was the cause of the Civil War, via "state's rights".
I don't think you're trying to make that argument so I'd try to word it differently...or admit you're wrong. Your choice.

Makes sense...so Johnny Reb instead chose to stand in front of artillery...makes total sense, you knucklehead!

Uh, have you read the CSA constitution? Because it answers this question so directly it should cause you some measure of shame for being so ignorant. In short, it doesn't provide the member states any option for abolishing slavery.
