That man is Henry Hoeft from Columbus, Ohio. Also goes by the name Henry Locke.
He raised Over 5,000 dollars and now is coming back, no word on him even thinking of paying people back.

Also, Ukraine has done their own fair share of damage to civilian populations in the Russian Separatist portions of Ukraine. It's not like they were sitting there twiddling thumbs and bam all of sudden Russia attacks unprovoked.
