The problem you and many others fail to see is if the power of the state can do what they've done to Trump, i.e. turn misdemeanors into felonies just because, you nor I have a prayer if we get on the wrong side of unethical prosecutors and DAs like those prospecting Trump for purely political reasons.
Your arrogance makes you think you're immune but I guarantee you no one is safe if we allow this bullshite to continue. And, being a lawyer, I think you'd be one of the ones to support cleaning it up the fastest rather than defend it. But, you do you.

I've been promoting criminal justice reform on here for years.
This Trump stuff just showed a lot of hypocrisy about the issue.

But the 2020 election was in fact corrupted. That’s not up for debate. Just because the people who did the corrupting don’t want to get punished for it and then pretended it didn’t happen doesn’t mean that it didn’t happen.
