Well just yesterday a CNN reporter was trying to assert that a fricking poem bolted onto the Statue of Liberty should somehow influence immigration policy.

The funny thing about that is yes it says give us your tired and poor, but no where does it say give me your lazy and uneducated.

No. Because in both hypotheticals the person is allowing for biblical law to trump constitutional law. I am not ok with that just because someone adds "sometimes" to the statement.

Yes. God gives authority to people to rule justly and they will be judged harshly if they abuse that power.

Or so you believe. What I dont get is; if she would not advocate for recusal, this would simply be "Judgicial Activism", a hallmark of the leftist progressivs. But they don't like it when anyone who disagrees with them advocates for it. But it is not even that, she says recusal is in order.

There is no way those turds on the 9th were going to rule in Trump's favor on imigration order, they should have recused, but they lack the personal fortitude. Terrible judges. Just terrible.

He's on the help board.

I wonder if he's hoping to find someone to change his diaper too?

While the US Constitution is the best constitution in the world, it's still written by man. The Bible is divinely inspired.

In what situation should a federal judge use the bible over the constitution as a basis for a decision.

None.

Thank you. My very first response in this thread.

Unlike a few stupid liberals in here, I actually DID go find what she actually said.

I see plenty of thread-impacting posts go unnoticed or unreplied to. Many my own
