Meh.
They only made a 5-fold error in that assertion.
No biggie.

Wages are up 17%; Prices are up 93%.

Same. I havent bought steak or even a roast in several years.

Either filet or ribeye, I purchase the entire thing and butcher it myself. On steaks I save about 5-8 per pound versus buying them individually. Plus I make a lot of tallow and grind a lot of the trimmings for excellent hamburgers. The dogs love the "chitlans" after making tallow. Nothing goes to waste.

The key is having the right tools. I have a food saver, stainless steel meat grinder attachment for my kitchen aid mixer and a good knife.

Not even to dig into the numbers, but the simple fact that there is some form of inflation year over year whether it's 0.5% or 20% the only way that statement can be true is if the rate of pay has matched the rate of inflation AND IT HASN'T. There is no argument with the simple fact just mentioned.

It’s bullshite because prices have gone up across the board, but inflation affects people differently depending on what they buy. If you mainly stick to prepackaged foods, the increase might not seem too bad—about 15% since 2019. So the low income Democrats voter might actually believe this garbage, but for those of us who cook at home and rely on meat, fish, and eggs, the impact has been massive, with prices rising between 25% and 50%. So, if you prefer fresh, unprocessed foods, you’ve gotten screwed.

I have the paystubs and receipts to disprove that crock.

This item right here....
I buy 2 every week for each of my kid's humidifier in their room.
In 2019, they were $3.99
In 2022, they were $6.99
Today, they are $9.99

That's $20 every week for 2 disposable filters.

Well, if you live off the government, or you are uber rich, then yes, you probably have no idea what the cost of groceries are.

From us normies, that actually buy groceries every week and keep budgets, we can tell you with 100% fact that price of goods is much higher.

And it's cute you want to say, "well it's just wage growth" when every statistical metric shows wages are not the driving factor for inflation. And the cost of things like fuel, as well as other inflationary reactions under YOUR favorite administration has caused the prices of EVERYTHING to rise.

WE live in reality. Your religion is politics, and your god is the Democrat party. When you assume politics is a religion, and your faith is in bureaucrats, of course you will be incapable of seeing wrongdoing by your god.

I went to Wal Mart Market and intentionally stopped at the egg corner .......

Egg prices are climbing again ......Is there a national hen strike I know nothing about?

Eggs are used in about 75% of the food we eat .....there go prices again ......Maybe I should consider a popcorn diet .....

There is literally NOTHING in that progressives aren't willing to lie about.

You are now in the "what you see is not real" phase of the lie.
