I don't believe Walmart employee procedures require employees to physically contact , restrain or fight with someone trying to escape after shopliftng. Yet, they allowed or encouraged this employee to physically block this customer and shove him around for not wearing a mask.

Wouldn’t matter to me. I already had the virus in April and I can walk around with no mask on and no worries. Doesn’t stop fricking retards like you from staring at me like an alien if I don’t wear one, even though it’s impossible for me to catch or transmit the virus.

The mask is stupid ,and my wife and I got Covid after it was made mandatory in Germany for businesses. It is beyond stupid at this point and a mask won't do shite for you.

We actually need more backing of freedom of association.
I agree that it's dumb. Especially when you're going to tussle with the guy to keep him out...which one of those has more risk of transmitting a virus?
But private businesses have the right to be dumb in their requirements, and IMO should have even more freedom of association rights to only do business with those they choose to do business with for whatever reasons they choose. Including dumb ones.

I don’t disagree with the premise. I don’t go in any store that requires a mask. They don’t want my business.

You are right, if they make everyone do that. Can't have different rules for different people. That's how you get sued out of business.
