D-. That decision to go to war with Iran was a strategic blunder. One of the worst blunders in American history.

Trump so far is a C

this whole business with Iran and Israel has been a clusterfrick and unforced error

Agreed here. And to me that gives Trump an overall C, because not getting involved long-term with any conflicts was a big part of his platform.

Trump is getting a lot of credit from me, in my own worthless opinion, because he's facing even more resistance from the controlled opposition GOPe than he did even in his first term. They still haven't even confirmed his nominations from 18 months ago, and they refuse to pass the SAVE Act that would give Republicans a favorable bump in all elections in the future. These asshats are worthless.

I just ask everyone to look more objectively at the overall body of opposition that works tirelessly to thwart anything he does, before judging him too harshly.

The current annual inflation rate in the U.S. is 3.8% for the 12 months ending in April.

Inflation is at 3.8%. Obviously better than Biden but high compared to the average of the last two decades.

Considering that Biden was an invalid, that is the lowest bar possible.

Given what has transpired with redistricting and a favorable Senate cycle for the GOP, the Republicans could have packed the House and the Senate in 2026 paving the wave for a period of actual reform. Instead, because of Trump's unforced blunders - namely Iran and Epstein, the GOP will be fortunate to hold slim majorities in both Houses.

Yes, Trump has a lower, albeit still high, inflation rate than Joe Biden had while dealing with a global pandemic. Joe ended his term with 3% rate. So that means that during Trump's time in office so far, he has increased the inflation rate.

No one has ever said Joe did a great job—I think he was sufficient, considering everything—so I'm not sure why you all think comparing him to Joe is a good thing for Trump.
