If tweet fails to load, click here. U.S. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt:
“I’m happy to provide you all of the evidence.”
Gov. Gavin Newscum is under criminal review for signing up illegal aliens to vote through his criminal conspiracy—AB 37, universal mail-in ballots.
@PressSec: “I’m happy to provide you all of the evidence for it. I’d be glad to send that to you after this briefing. Fraudulent ballots are being mailed in the names of other people, in the names of illegal aliens who shouldn’t be voting in American elections. There are countless examples, and we’d be happy to provide them…”
?? PASS THE SAVE ACT:
Gavin Newsom banned voter ID in California but issues driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.
The Democrats imported over 20 million illegals—issue them drivers licenses and social security—and bribing them with massive welfare benefits—so that they vote in elections.
All in the name of:
Voter ID harm marginalized communities and their right to vote.
Voter ID discriminate against racial minorities.
Voter ID suppresses minority votes.
It’s treasonous, it’s seditious, it’s treachery.

Federal court baby
Ive often wondered these cases that impact all Americans, why cant they be tried in any federal court in the US.
Like this one, perhaps we could set up a temporary fed court in Winston County, Alabama. Its a rural unbiased county.....that voted 90.0% for Trump

Iirc, it is the worker behind the counter that determines if you get to vote.
If they note that you are not a citizen you can’t vote.
If they “forget” to note that…

Who does this for mail in ballots?

I haven’t looked into it, but I would assume that once you are determined to be eligible to vote (via your “valid” driver license), then you can vote via mail in ballot as a registered voter.

I've never been there but I hear 60% of California's population is illegal.

I think the devil is in the details. The system is designed to make fraud fairly easy and with little to no risk.
You don't have to provide proof of frick all to register to vote. We know this with certainty, it's a law that has been tested twice at the supreme court level and both times SCOTUS affirmed - no proof of citizenship/identity to register for federal elections.
I don't know how election officials pretend to "determine eligibility" but I'd bet my house that, at the end of the day, proof of who you are is not required.

You may be correct.
My point is that IF a driver license is PROOF of one’s eligibility to vote, then that determination is likely being made a a state worker at the DMV.
If it is investigated, there was no fraud based on the (flawed…intentionally) process.
It’s brilliant in design.
The only people guilty are DMV workers, and I’m sure they just made a “clerical error.”

Very true. I'll add this - when you look at the laws pertaining to registration, i becomes clear that everything is set up to make 100% certain not a single prospective voter is "disenfranchised" and those making the laws are willing to accept a shite ton of fraud to make sure some guy born off the grid on the Navajo reservation, that has no birth certificate, no DL, no SSN - is able to register to vote. There have been two Arizona laws struck down by the supreme court that paint this picture vividly. And I've got to believe the process to cast a vote is similarly structured.

So the video embedded in the tweet happened on November 4 of last year. That means we have one of 3 options
1)There is an actual "criminal review" being done against Newsome by the DOJ/FBI/etc. that has somehow remained secret in last 5 months
2)The DOJ/FBI.etc. looked into the matter, but decided there wasn't enough to formally bring charges against Newsome, and again this went unreported
3)Leavitt is throwing out red meat soundbites to the party base because she knows it will get good play, and in this day and age nobody will actually follow up or even care if it's real or not.
Which one of these is most likely?
