I think this requirement is fricking retarded and likely illegal.
With that said, if you can't find a qualified woman to be on your Board in 2020, you have a crazy idea for what it means to be qualified or you're just not trying.
Been dealing with high-level, fortune 500-type Boards for almost a decade. They all have women. Some of the women are fricking badass. Some are marginal. Some suck. Pretty much like the men. But the pool to choose from isn't shallow.
