This type of stuff is going on pretty strong right now in my company. They don't come out and set rules and apply consequences, but it seems like they are hiring women 4:1 in an industry that has been mostly males.

Cue to a new business model to provide token “diverse” directors for hire to companies that want Goldman Sachs to handle their IPOs. Goldman Sachs would probably help finance it.
