Considering the left believe non citizens should be able to vote, we would change our policies if the chinese citizens wanted to, they could easily outvote us all.

He's right. Just a big virtue signal to most. How many of the grieved in this thread have actually changed your spending to reflect your outrage?

As much as we want to hate it, China is a sovereign nation and they get to dicate the rules of their society.

Sure. But this guy is directly profiting from China in his ownership of an NBA team. The average NBA team’s value has tripled in the last 5 years. So his statement that he doesn’t care about thr Uyghurs is a bit different than Jim Bob down at the bowling alley saying he doesn’t care about the Uyghurs.

Then stop letting the NBA make any political statements through your team. You can't claim to care about something that's complete nonsense (BLM movement) while totally ignoring something the NBA supports through its silence.

When Trump was President he didn't give a crap about the Uyghurs. And he was representing the US which would stand to profit from its interactions with China. As a businessman, he made stuff in China, got trademarks for Ivanka in China, and would make every dollar he could off of China without giving a rat's arse about the Uyghurs.

So this NBA owner is basically following the Trump Republican America First policy to a "T". And yes, it is disgusting since he likely knows exactly what is happening to the Uyghurs.

You’re a giant shitstain. You’re powered by an engine that runs on stupidity. And your gps has the moral compass of Nabokov’s Humbert.
