Global warming/climate change is just a Chinese hoax

Propped up by the Communist Party of China. People like Bill Nye are paid to say it’s real. Notice how the Paris Accords only really punished the US, meanwhile the real polluters like India and China were given carte blanche to use all the coal and stuff they want?
It’s just a ploy to slow down US industry (which is reliant on coal) and allow India and China to pass us up in GDP and win the trade war. Besides, we are using clean coal now anyways.
Also the answers lie in Antarctica.
President Trump pulling us out of the Paris Accords was a victory.

So the paris clinaye accords, which were passed long before a trade war was ever even being considered, was designed to make us loose the trade war? That’s the position you want to take? You’re sure?

I’m not sure about all of the so called effects of uncontrolled manufacturing but I’ve spent a week in Beijing. More smoke and smog than a Cheech and Chong movie.....24/7....I can’t see that being all that great for the environment.

We’ve been in a trade war for decades. Except we have never fought back because the politicians and presidents had benefitted personally from cheap labor and government dependency that comes with losing the trade war and stagnating the economy.
It’s just that now we are fighting back with the gloves off and other countries don’t like it

We have been in a trade war since chini joined the WTO in 2001.....we just never reciprocated their predatory practices til now...and we are still just jabbing...not punching....yet.
We actually get 31% of our power from nat gas, and 30% from coal.
The paris accord works off a ratio, pollution parts per million increase divided by gdp growth. At the time it was conceptualised the US was using a lot more coal and the economy was "the new normal". It would require greater restrictions on pollution, which would further hamper gdp growth, a death spiral...as the fines got larger and larger.
chini, on the other hand could pollute to their hearts desire because their economy was much smaller and the percentage of GDP growth much larger.
But a funny thing happened. The explosion of natural gas in US means for years now we have less TOTAL POLLUTION. chini GREW pollution 1.7% PPM last year, but their economy has grown over 6% so they are the darlings of paris. They now pollute more than the EU and US combined. Their 1.7% growth is actually offsetting any gains for the entire rest of the world and growing pollution globally.
Perhaps just maybe the measurement for success of the paris accord was just a little flawed, unless you were the chini and wanted to destroy economically the rest of the world.
