Video evidence proves conclusively that she was the aggressor, and physically drag him out of the bar to her dorm. A judge agrees that he clearly wasn’t a rapist. USC still not sure.

USC was not mentioned as a defendant in this suit.
In May 2017, Premjee pleaded not guilty to a count of rape by use of drugs and a count of sexual penetration with a foreign object, after an alleged incident with a fellow student on campus.
In July, the district attorney’s office decided to not continue pursuing a criminal case against Premjee after a judge ruled that he would not be held to answer.
