With the ships piled up off the coast and trucker shortages. My best friends mother is a district manager at Walmart, and was told by the higher ups that they will not be getting normal restocks at the majority of Walmarts for the holidays for toys and stuff and more than likely Targets. If You have kids or grandkids etc. please please do your Christmas Shopping now. There will be nothing to buy in retail stores. Closer to thanksgiving and Black Friday. Then you will have to pay 10x on Amazon or eBay

Heard someone on War Room say before the pandemic a typical 40 ft shipping container cost $2k from China, Japan, Taiwan, etc. now it's $16k.

Sounds really good in theory. But when your five year old I confident that Santa is coming through on a toy you can’t find. That’s a hard feeling as a parent.

Give your kids a Great Depression Christmas. Some fresh apples and oranges, a new pair of socks and maybe a sketch pad if they are really good. Make it a teaching moment.

Even Knee Pads said this a couple of months ago. Probably one of the few times she told the truth.

You can make 95% of 5 yr old children extremely happy with $100 worth of junk from a Dollar General. Kids only know what they are taught.

Not Dollar General. Family Dollar or Dollar Tree.

If I was executive management in retail, this is the message I would be pushing. Nothing like a good run on toys and electronics in October vs. November/December. The whole thing seems contrived to me for some reason. I can’t imagine why (sarcasm).

This is a blessing in all of this mess. You are correct sir, focus on family, God, and being together as the blessings you have. The fall that is coming is going to hit the useful idiots the hardest. It's ashamed that our kids and grandkids will have to live thru it, but it will make them tougher and bring a greater generation for the great grandkids
