Georgia Profiled Bus Full of Black Lacrosse Players

Delaware State Womens Lacross Profiled
Routine stop because bus driving illegally in left lane.
Zero idea black female lacrosse players on board.
Students not searched and drug dog didn’t go on bus.
Pulled over multiple vehicles for same issue that day.
Feelings hurt because an officer mentioned there might be weed with a bus full of college students.
Liberty County is like 50% minority also.
If you keep saying it over and over it makes it true.

Officer might have been a fan. I wonder if any buses occupied by an all white team has ever been stopped by a police officer. If so, did it make the news or were press conferences called?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bus without dark window tint that you can see into…besides yellow school buses.

I just don’t get outraged over non-events.
This was a non-event.
People try to make themselves part of a story because social media makes them all believe their life could be part of a movie. So every potential movie-like moment (an interaction with the police, for example) becomes an overwrought emotional drama with heightened storytelling.

“Them” didn’t get a violation ticket.
The driver for the charter company did. Not sure what color that person was.
Trucks and busses in the left lane on interstates is illegal for valid reasons. This wasn’t a random stop. They regularly do this with commercial vehicles (as they should). They also pulled over other charters the same day for this.
