Is this not the traitorous fricker who taped the President without his consent? Where are the charges for that. You CANNOT tape a conversation with a sitting POTUS. Is this guy immune to prosecution for this so much that he brings his own charges centered around this illegal phone call?

He has steadfastly refused to do so and he has told those who have called for his resignation to “go to hell.”
He will be voted out next year, though.
Of course, by then, the damage wrought by him and the rest of the GOPe leadership in Georgia will be past catastrophic.

You aren't suppose to record any conversation without that person's consent. I think it is a misdemeanor but I'm not sure.

Wrong. Georgia is a "one-party consent" state so it was legal in Georgia for him to record a conversation with Donald Trump the individual. However, it might not have been strictly for him to record and conversation with Donald Trump who at the time was the sitting President of the United States of America. All phone calls and other forms of Presidential communication are supposed to be recorded and preserved in accordance with the Presidential Records Act. However, they cannot be released until 5 years after the President has left office and then only through the freedom of information (FOI) process. Also since the conversation was regarding the election and election integrity is a matter of national security which again is subject to the FOI process.
So it might have been legal for the GaSOS to record the conversation, but leaking it to the media might not have been. Of course I am just a law expert on the internet and not in real life and posts are just my opinions. IMO this is just a publicity stunt and a way to make Trump pay by forcing him to go through tons of legal proceedings and pay attorney fees.

They are not going to stop attacking Trump and his family. The intent here is to destroy the Trump family and make them penniless, hated and abolished, i.e. utter annihilation.
