Whoever created the statue was clearly trying to make it look like Bubba from Forrest Gump.

Those statues are made of wood. I’m shocked they haven’t been lit on fire yet.

Looks like a giant man shot a big load on his face.

Probably not the first time this has happened to George Floyd.

If only George Floyd were here.

When society has fallen so far it holds up common criminals as symbols of change for societal improvement you know in your gut the collapse is near.

People in the black community are befuddled by why they as a race cannot make strides like every other race ever in the United States. Yet their memorialized heroes and elected officials are criminals and thugs. Then they just don't understand why their kids aspire to become criminals and thugs. Clown world.

Spot on. Black people should be trumpeting the accomplishments of Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Dr Ben Carson, Larry Elder, Candace Owens, Alan Keyes, etc. But no, black Americans choose George Floyd, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Marion Berry, Michael Brown, etc. to hold up as the symbols of their struggles and oppression rather than symbols of accomplishments.

Disgusted and saddened by this hate and disrespect. We’re grateful to have these statues in USQ to commemorate some notable catalysts for change.
To see George Floyd’s statue vandalized is sickening.

We’ll work with local authorities to hold all involved accountable.
