The Atlanta Fed has a typo in their report.
I'm pretty sure they meant to say "first quarter of 2018".

Just an FYI. The 4Q17 GDP initially came in at 2.6%. It is subject to two more revisions. Expect a major upward revision to 3.4% for 4Q17 and a final number of 3.5%.
