I should have said of course you SHOULD be able to refuse service to anybody you want for any reason.

No you do not have the right. HOw hard is this to understand? This is why the whole civil rights thing is bullshite. Customers now have the right to be served by you instead of the other way around. I believe said law is patently unconstitutional, but as long as it exists, I hope the fig gets sued for everything he has.

Nothing wrong with this at all. No one is forced to buy from him. Just exercise your economic vote somewhere else.
There are plenty of choices in the U.S. Just put him out of business by boycotting or not shopping there at all.

I think he should be allowed to deny service to anyone he wants. I think the Christian bakeries and wedding photographers and B&B owners should be able to as well. People will support them or not and it will sort itself out. As unfair and insulting as that was for the patrons, there are plenty of places that serve coffee (or bake cakes and take pictures as well).

so apparently the poster was a picture of an aborted fetus painted in rainbow colors and the group was putting them all over the shop
so I'd say the group would lose bigly if they tried to sue based off religious discrimination
