How can it be permanent if the next governor reverses the EO with another EO? On a side note, it probably is artificial but intelligence is lacking in most of these politicians. He couldn't even tell an interviewer why he wanted to be President.

I misread this the first time. Brain associated podcasting with Rogan, and thought for a second that Gruesome had been on Rogan's podcast.
I was thinking "I dunno how Rogan does it. If I was sitting across a table from Newsome they'd have to chain me to the chair.
