Everyone knows Biden isn't running but that wouldn't stop Newsome. He would beat Biden.

Republicans are down to like 25% or registered voters here. No Party Preference is about the same. Dems account for about 48%.

It was obvious he was being groomed for this for many years. There are going to be A LOT of negatives of his for the commies to have to hide from the nation. Ie...hard core gay groomer agenda, Wuflu shut downs, water admin issues, companies/residents leaving in packs, etc etc. We all know the negatives, as California is a straight up negative. Heck even using Bill Waltons words from today in an AD will be helpful.
My question is....is there ANYTHING this guy has done that they can try to sell for the squishy independents to buy into? Other than just plastering his looks and platitudes everywhere.

Absolutely: abortion rights (anti abortion is an assault on women), increased taxes (fair share) on the wealthy/corporations to provide free/discounted healthcare for you and your children, free school meals (republicans want to starve your kids), an aggressive approach to fighting climate change (saving future generations), non-discriminatory voting rights for all (republicans want to take your vote away). I'm sure I could keep going. They aren't just platitudes out here. All of the above is happening and those descriptions are likely how the positions will be framed as a positive for him. The republican opposition will be framed as someone attacking those positions and a threat to freedom and life itself. He has crazy positions but he is well polished, good-looking and will have the full backing of the dem machine in all of its forms and God only knows how well he'll be able to fundraise.
