Maybe instead of buying farmland in America he could build water treatment plants and install water and sewer lines in needy third world countries.
That would be a true benefit. But that would not help reduce the worlds population like he has stated numerous times.

Thanks JJ, many people think "giving" to a foundation is actually donating to charity.
One of the first things congressmen do is set up a foundation. Its a nice tax shield and one step removed when it comes to donations. Its against federal law to take money from foreign countries.....but not for your foundation.
Check out the "foundation" ole McCain had set up (the same one that paid for employees to shuttle the fake dossier around). Middle east loved donating money to him. So he chairs the arms services, also known as chairman of MIC, he approves a gazillion dollars. They send a weapons shipment to the Saudis with 10% for ole McCain, and the Saudis take that money and make a "donation" to his foundation....clean as a whistle.
