Just like Trump said.

There will be some short term pain to endure while cleaning up all the mess the Dumbocrats created.

Thank god the Dumbocrats are not in power now.

I was in Kansas last week turkey hunting and paid $4.09 for diesel and it was $5.29 in Plano, TX when I left for the trip. Now up to $5.59 at the same HEB here in Plano. I don’t know of any refineries in Kansas that would make the delivery trip to the stations any cheaper than what we have here in Texas.

I purchased at $3.46 today North of Shreveport at a Valero station.

Which Valero was that in Shreveport? Because on Friday, April 10, 2026 I pulled in to a Valero and the gas price was $6.20, then went down the street to an Exxon station and gas was $5.70. This was the Valero on Pines Road. Next to the Popeyes.

Sam’s is at 3.45, but I saw one “Mom and pop” station have it going for 4.40 a gallon around Houma. It is “Ethanol free” gas, since they cater to boaters headed out to Bayou Black.

I did pull up a Google street view of the place and 6 months ago there non ethanol gas was retailing for 3.29 a gallon.

I don't know who you call about that but you need to report them for price gouging.

I can't find anything pricewise approaching that, not even diesel.

They were $1.99-2.50 before we started the war. You won't see those prices again for years, if ever, after 2028.

Yeah well I said we probably wouldn't see it around $2 again but we did.

You don't know everything Jack.

Agreed. These libturds worried about affordability are getting on my damn nerves. Don’t these idiots know Iran was days away from getting the bomb?

Brother, we haven’t even had the annual summer spike yet.

Trump did away with the summer blend requirement so we shouldn’t see that spike

You need to look over your finances or get a better job if you’re that concerned with gas price. Just sayin’.

I own a catfish farm with 98 ponds that uses over 1,000 gallons of gasoline and 1000 in diesel every month

If gas prices rising is inflation, is this now drastic deflation?
