Voted for Johnson in 2012, was going to vote for him in 2016 until his VP said vote for Hillary (stayed home from there), and voted for Trump in 2020.

Why?

Trump = Freedom
Biden = Communism

Anyone else is a wasted vote.
So that has nothing to do with what I said.

Your post would obviously insinuate you don't think a vote for Trump is a "lesser of 2 evils" situation, so if you think Trump is the guy for the job, then he should get your vote.

It’s ok. The taste will go away. The stench of Biden would last a lifetime. It’s not really even about him, it’s about the interests that side represents. You are the voter that the talking heads will be crying about tomorrow night. Their heads will explode.

2016 - voted Johnson

2020 - voted Trump

I did the same. I wasn’t certain about Trump and didn’t like Hillary. Within a year after the election, my business picked up and my taxes were lowered. I am fully on board this year.

As an aside, today I was talking to a Filipino ship Captain and he asked me who I was voting for. I told him Trump. He said “good, when America does well, the world does well. F- China”

Interesting - does this mean you are still undecided? Or does this mean you have decided to vote Trump but are just uneasy about it?

I remember Gary Johnson. I haven't heard shite about Jorgenson.

Definitely a positive for Trump.

Colorado was 5% for Gary Johnson, which is why I think it is in play.

In 2016...
Hillary 48.16%
Trump 43.25%
Gary 5.18%

I give Trump 2% of Gary's votes (+2). Plus Trump is the incumbent (+2). Plus Joe has little enthusiasm in CO (+2). Bernie beat Joe in the Dem Primary in CO by 13%.

Trump 49.25%
Biden 45.25%
Jorgenson 2%

From Andre Marrou in ‘92 to Jo Jorgensen in ‘20, I always have and always will continue to vote Libertarian. It’s the only political party that I agree with on 90+% of the political issues.

While I would easily pick a Republican over a Democrat in most all cases, the reality of it is that both parties are increasing the debt, increasing the size of gov’t, and crushing our civil liberties. The difference between R and D is that the Rs are just a little slower than the Ds in terms of getting it done.

I'm an old school liberal...live and let live. You do you, kinda thing. But I'm afraid the Dems have been hijacked and I dont see any pivoting back from anywhere in that party.

My wife (sry no pics) and I both voted Johnson in 2016. I think I actually posted something I would never vote Trump. Well, here we are in 2020 and we both voted Trump.

If you assume 100% of Johnson and McMullin voters broke for Trump in 2016 and 100% of Stein voters broke for Clinton:

Colorado: Clinton wins by fewer than 1,800 votes

Maine: Trump wins by over 3,500 votes

Minnesota: Trump wins by almost 85,000 votes

Nevada: Trump wins by over 10,000 votes

New Hampshire: Trump wins by over 22,000 votes

New Mexico: Trump wins by almost 5,000 votes

I never understood voting for Gary Johnson over TRUMP when there was a chance of Hillary being president. But let's hope those people are all smarter this time around.

If you feel someone would not do well at the job, then they haven't earned your vote, then you shouldn't vote for them.

I 100% think a no vote is doing more good for your country than voting for someone who you think will not make a good President. And I think that's just a no brainer too.

Your vote, do what you want with it, but it is a binary choice, and either Trump or Biden will be yours/mine/our president. If the two available options appear equally bad to you, then don't vote. If one is less bad, I'd vote for that candidate.

BTW, I do feel your pain, Trump was very much NOT my guy in the primaries, but I held my nose and voted for him four years ago. He's since won me over, though I still don't always like his style.
