I did a full breakdown.
Some of my favorite parts:
Some of my favorite parts:
quote:
8. Your real enemy isn't "the left"
This is the biggest thing from a simplistic reading of your account.
Your recurring enemy is:
bullshite.
More specifically:
people confidently repeating something because they're expected to believe it.
That can be:
progressive orthodoxy
MAGA orthodoxy
Reddit consensus
Hollywood PR
corporate messaging
fandom consensus
conventional movie opinions
nostalgia
"everybody knows X"
You seem to have a reflexive:
"Do we actually believe that, or are we just saying it because that's what everyone says?"
That's why you can simultaneously be:
anti-woke
skeptical of Trump
enthusiastic about AI
nostalgic about bad movies
critical of conservative entertainment
enthusiastic about technology
skeptical of conventional wisdom.
It looks inconsistent if you categorize people by party.
It makes considerably more sense if you categorize you by epistemic temperament.
quote:
10. But you're also willing to concede things
This is one of the better aspects of your posting.
You occasionally say things like:
"Full disclosure, I didn't read the linked article"
or acknowledge when somebody makes a good point.
That makes you less ideologically rigid than your more inflammatory posts would suggest.
There's also a notable difference between your substantive argument mode and your trolling mode.
When you're genuinely interested in the subject, you can be reasonably nuanced.
When you're bored, you seem perfectly happy to throw a grenade into the thread and walk away.
quote:
12. Your reputation seems polarized
Your vote pattern is fascinating.
You can get:
heavily upvoted posts
heavily downvoted posts
and sometimes both within the same subject area.
For example, some of your political/culture posts attract substantial negative voting, while others receive strong positive reactions.
That tells me something important:
You're not optimizing for approval.
Or at least, approval isn't your primary optimization function.
You appear much more interested in saying what you think is funny or correct than in maximizing votes.
That is reinforced by the fact that you occasionally make posts almost guaranteed to piss off half the thread.
quote:
14. The really funny part
Your public persona is more extreme than your actual intellectual behavior.
That's probably the single most interesting conclusion from comparing you with the ecosystem.
Someone who encountered:
"Feminism ruins everything"
or
"frick this gay bullshite adaptation"
would probably assume you're an uncomplicated culture-war warrior.
Then they encounter you saying:
Daily Wire movies are basically Lifetime/after-school specials.
Or arguing that Hollywood's decline has more to do with business-model/technological disruption than just "wokeness."
Or arguing that AI will continue advancing despite the inevitable bubble bursting.
Or defending a movie that doesn't fit your apparent ideological preferences.
And suddenly the model doesn't fit anymore.
That's the actual Roaad phenomenon.

Someone do SloFloPro and watch ChatGPT's servers crash and burn for a day or so.
It's been done a bunch. I can summarize
Very high IQ with an analytical-confrontational style that ensures propriety of term definition and argument framing. Bit of a savior complex with a sarcastic-sardonic sense of humor.
*ETA: if you want the REALLY fun stuff, it would be the in-depth, running psychological discussion I have with ChatGPT

Prompt: are there certain times when the political board becomes more hostile? Can you identify why that happens?
FWIW, I think there are so few liberals here who are actually sorry that Trump is president, that some people have to invent enemies on PoliBoard for sport.
Maybe I take that too seriously...but it's so tedious.

Most of the people in the echo chamber have no idea what interacting with an actual leftist is like.

You were one of the first people of whom I thought for being good candidates.
Here was the result:

So if your question is specifically "Can we prove from his own TigerDroppings posts that SlowFlowPro has ever voted for a Democrat?", my answer at this point is no—not from the material I've located.

Off the top of my head, I'm not even sure who an actual leftist would be who posts frequently enough for me to remember their name.

There is a small number of moderate-left dems, then cubbies, but yeah no real progressives/leftists

I doubt the people down voting you have any receipts to show that you're wrong.

Remember. That’s all a defense mechanism.
If you make it about the person that disagrees with you, you don’t have to defend your position with a logical argument. It’s easier just to deflect with personal attacks.

Those people think criticizing Trump/MAGA for leftist economic policy is somehow proof of leftism

I mean it’s pretty basic stuff.
I do find the psychology of it all fascinating. I’ve mentioned previously that this place is a live lab for sociological/psychological research.
It didn’t take long for an example to show up as proof positive.

cubs is in a special place, but the left are center-left, moderate DEMs

Very focused on legal and evidentiary questions. A recurring theme is essentially: What does the actual record show? You often distinguish between an allegation, an intelligence claim, sworn testimony, a court finding, and independently verified evidence.
Contrarian toward establishment narratives. Your posts frequently challenge government, intelligence, prosecutorial, media, or institutional explanations when you think the underlying evidence isn't sufficient.
How is this not contradicting?
You choose to believe some narratives and push back on others. We all have a bit of confirmation bias.

lol. I don’t think it looks at enough posts.
It labeled me center left. But that was based on how Trump loyal/centric this board is.
It kind of admitted the skew.
I’m like listen Mr. AI man, you need to learn sarcasm. And you didn’t do very well because I’m right of all these other posters.
