The real "fraud" was Dems investing tons of $ into urban areas to ballot harvest, specifically in swing states. Relaxed voting laws for "covid" helped them achieve this.

Correct
This may well have impacted the outcome. But it was premised on "legal" changes that allowed nefarious activity to go unnoticed (or at least be difficult to separate from lawful activity)

FOX was going to get hammered if this case continued to be heard.
The court has already ruled that there is no question that FOX was repeating false information about Dominion creating false voting returns. And the FOX emails showed FOX executives knew all this "massive fraud' crap being spread by Trump, Giuliani and Powell was false.
FOX just paid hundreds of millions and it did the right thing for its long-term reputation.

Because litigation sucks, Dominion probably has all sorts of incompetence that could be uncovered even if not conspiratorial, and it's not at all helpful for a company in the election business to be in the middle of a prolonged fight about an allegation that said company was swinging elections to favor a certain side (regardless of how baseless).

They have and so have others. These sorts of lawsuits happen all the time too.
ABC had to pay sever hundred million after they ran a hit piece on a beef company calling it pink slime.
I’m sure the networks are chuckling at the fox hit but also a bit nervous about their own sins…
