Iran needs to bluff and tell the world that they have a small number of nuclear armed ballistic missiles and that they will use them if Israel continues to attack.
Then right after that launch a conventional strike with ballistic missiles.
It will put Israel on the defensive again and if they overreact it shows a major weakness in intelligence.
If Israel calls the bluff then Iran can defer and say they are just trying to defend themselves with MAD even if they don’t actually have the real weapons.
Provoking Israel into overplaying their hand may be their best option.
