The basis is legality = acceptability.
Trump and the cronies are documented in that report as doing basically pretty unethical and immoral and debased BUT NOT ILLEGAL actions to squash a (witch hunt in their eyes) investigation.

We should have certain designations for FOX analysts who would fit in very well as opposition..err...Republican/"Libertarian" analysts on the other MSM outlets.
