trump too stupid to know he is obstructing but that is his intent.
Well intent is one of the elements of obstruction. So you cannot have a crime without it. In fact the element requires corrupt intent. The loons cite Mueller stating Trump wanted to fire him is Obstruction. This is based off of non-crossed statements of one person. That same person stated Trump’s intent was because of Mueller’s conflicts. If you accept the statements as a foundation of obstruction, you must also accept the same statements assertion of intent. Firing for conflict is without question not corrupt intent. The entire narrative is flat.

When legality equates to acceptability, all public trust, faith, norms, precedents erode and have no value because of the acceptance of perpetual line stepping just to justify the means to an end.

Crazy how many of you just think unethical and immoral and debased behavior is acceptable just because it is not illegal.
What behavior, specifically?

You are such a dishonest, race baiting pos
Hillary Clinton, the other choice for president, destroyed fricking subpoenaed evidence in a federal criminal investigation run by the same people and walked away scott free. You voted for her knowing she obstructed justice. Take you race pimp bullshite elsewhere.
Eta. Your beloved Obama used executive privilege to keep his Attorney General from having to incriminate himself in testimony during the F&F probe. Dems bitching about obstruction have zero self awareness and are generally terrible people.

Seriously? If you dont even know, then you have either have a low standard for acceptable behavior or your ethics are purely drive off the laws.

Again mentioned nothing about race. I never denied that she did that. All of them make emails to non protected email servers -- trumps cronies have been doing it the entire term. I thought it was a bullshite investigation because they all do it. But she shouldn't have destroyed evidence. I won't front on that. That aint worse than what 45 has done or have done his whole life. What does that have to do with race?

I’d rather just discuss your allegations. Specifically, what behavior are you referring to?

perpetual line stepping just to justify the means to an end.
Line stepping like using 5 eyes and unmasking to avoid violating Americans 4th amendment rights?
Line stepping like spying on reporters who write unflattering stories about you or targeting conservative non profits with the IRS?
Line stepping like engineering oppo smear into fbi intelligence and lying to judges so you can spy on the other party's presidential campaign?
I could go on...

How stupid do you think we are? You just suggested that if given the opportunity, we'd support the poll tax.
frick you.
This is why you are constantly slaughtered on here. You are not debating in good faith, and you see everything in terms of race. Anyone who would suggest that Trump has a more checkered legal history than the Clinton's is beyond help.
frick you.

We've gone from treason to line stepping in about half a year's time.

The basis is legality = acceptability.
Trump and the cronies are documented in that report as doing basically pretty unethical and immoral and debased BUT NOT ILLEGAL actions to squash a (witch hunt in their eyes) investigation.
Im just using the poll tax as an example. You can insert any other deranged, human rights suppressing law that was once law of the land in here for arguments sake. The poll tax was once legal. Law of the land. Law enforcement agents enforced it even those it was morally deranged and barbaric at its core. These weak men lacked the moral fiber to be good leaders. Weak men enforced laws like this. Men with no solid moral code or men too scared to do the right thing. Same goes for woman's rights to vote. What I'm saying is that if your standard is legality/law of the land/letter of the law, and thats the basis of your ethical and moral code, then yea maybe if we flashed back in time, and that legality was your sole standard, then people with that standard wouldnt put up a front against such debased and wholly inhumane and deranged laws such as the poll tax.
Letter of the law people helped keep those punitive laws in place for years bc they enforced it.

that's all I need to know - don't like the dude anyway - I think he should be destroyed and anyone that has ever had a good word to say about him should likewise be destroyed, imprisioned, harassed, humiliated, ruined.
It's only "fair"
At the very least he should be investigated, right?

I just gave you three massive examples of Obama doing exactly that, and I could give you many more. Your response is: yeah, but... poll tax!
Like I said, frick off and take your double standards and race bullshite with you.
