Former Pfizer Global Headquarters About to Collapse in Manhattan - UPDATE
Posted on 7/7/26 at 2:50 pm

UPDATE: the building now appears to be on fire although grok says this is just dust. Looks like black smoke now billowing from the building.
The building has sat empty for a few years now, but they recently decided to put something like 700 million into it for renovations and now it's about to collapse. They have emptied the streets around the building.
Insurance scam playing out in front of our eyes?

A building sitting empty in the middle of Manhattan seems like a massive economic inefficiency

Right. Hence the 700 million+ they were about to put into it in renovations.

The word is that the support columns on the 21st and 22nd floors are buckling and moving due to renovations being conducted above this level.

Its not about to collapse but it will have to be taken down in probably a controlled explosion, It's all evacuated now as are next door buildings.

Check for tunnels under the building.

Maybe they were doing some destruction of things in that space and things got out of hand. Documents maybe?

The building is literally moving visibly as the support columns buckle. Yes, it is about to collapse. It could potentially be stopped, but as it stands now it is about to collapse.

Since that commie mamdummy thinks he is the smartest in any room he enters, I think he should personally supervise all the work.

True but they rot over time.

I went looking for who owned the insurance policies on the building. It's not Larry Silverstein this time. At least, I don't think it is.

4th of July fireworks were the cover up for the explosions to weaken the support beams...

They were modifying the interior walls and structure to turn it into apartments

They added a bunch of additional floors and apparently fricked up in the process of doing it.
