I reject the premise of this entire thread that the democrats are some scary boogeyman. What do YOU think they are going to do that is so bad? Brother, it couldn’t get much worse!!

Put a check on his power. Investigate the corruption, maybe do some bipartisan passing of bills (will only need 4 senators to cross over to get to 60), impeach Pete Hegseth and rein back in the war, etc. Essentially just not give Trump free rein to keep messing everything up.

We all voted R’s but many of us, myself included, had some qualms with the current admin. However, leading up to the election, us who qualms were called “pro-Palestinian” and “antifa” by the resident retards (who are very quiet today funny enough).
The people who made the biggest difference this go around most likely don’t post on this board.
I would say, this board is a poor litmus test for the average American.

They did. They created the Save plan in 2023.
Now the save plan is gone and they are doing away with PAYE.
I understand I agreed to pay back what I took out, it pisses me off that they created a reasonable repayment program then decide to do away with it, meanwhile shipping billions of tax payer dollars overseas.

I finished 4 years of undergrad with $3,000 in debt that has been paid off.
I have $110,000 (left) of student loans from Pharmacy school that was up to $140,000 after I borrowed $105,000 thanks to interest accumulating while in school.
Most of it is going to be written off anyway through PSLF, but my payment is going up $500 a month with save plan ending. More money I have to give to the federal government to piss away
