For Those Who Foolishly Equate Majorie Taylor Green As Being A GOP Version of AOC/Jasmine.

....watch this short clip. It wasn't that recent, but MTG eviscerates a CDC official, who happens to be a lesbian and virtue-signaling left-wing loon. Subject-matter pertains to the forced school closings we experienced during Covid.
AOC, Crockett, Tlaib, Ilhan, Pressley.....NONE OF THEM could do anything like this even if it were a scripted scene from a movie. You don't have to like MTG, but don't ever try to play the "dumb" card with her. It doesn't apply.

What makes that woman not a mother? Do you have to share a child's genetics to be its mother?

Dude she is an idiot and an absolute liability for our side of the aisle. If we didn’t have trump in power to make up for her lunacy should would be a real problem not just a source for laughs

Well I know what she said, but what difference does that make? Is that woman less of a mother because she doesn't share her child's biology? Because that was Green's direct implication. You can see that, right?
Green's implication that she is somehow "less than" because she's not a biological mother diminishes every adoptive mother and step mother who has ever loved a child as though it was birthed by her. You see that, don't you?
You don't have to agree with Green on that particular point just because she shares your politics. It's ok to break from the tribe from time to time.

My point of posting this was to show that MTG is not the mental lightweight that some accuse of her of being simply because they don't like her style or her politics. She isn't even one of my favorites, but those who act like she's the Republican version of some idiot like AOC are way off.
You seemed to get hung up on one aspect of the clip. This CDC official played a role in shutting down schools when it wasn't warranted. She deserved to be sliced and diced over that.
And since you chose to make a big deal over it, HELL NO, I don't compare two women partners raising a child to be anywhere close to the same as the conventional situation of children being raised by a mother, usually the biological mother (not always), and a Father.

That one aspect of the clip makes her the insipid twat that you believe she isn’t. No one likes an a-hole. Marjorie Taylor Green is a fricking a-hole, and when she shite on that woman's motherhood, simply because she doesn't share her child's biology, the rest of Green's message (a good message) is diminished.

I saw her in an interview where she mentions how the left has "Positioned" her as some loon to discredit her because they fear her, and its true. And not just the left but the rinos as well. Spoke at length about the money on the take and how uncomfortable she makes them.
Seems some on here have bitten that shiny object hook line and sinker.
Its amazing, they will take clips/quotes of Trump out of context and the board defends him, yet they do the same to her......and you buy the tales.
We need more of her in congress not less.

MTG, Lauren Boebert and Anna Paulina Luna are regularly excoriated on this board. And I certainly understand that their public personas may rub people the wrong way.
Yet along with a handful of other Representatives — including such Constitutional stalwarts as Thomas Massie, Byron Donalds and Chip Roy — MTG, Boebert & Luna consistently vote in support of the principles of limited government.

That's the thing. She's actually fighting for us. She's not JD Vance, but just like him, Hegseth, Elon, and of course the man himself, the Establishment always attacks the one's who are hitting the target.
