Trump didn’t give you h1b. That was signed into law under Bush.

Trump can’t just get rid of it permanently.

In this admin, when has Trump not argued he has full authority in execution of laws?

He could have just created an EO to stop H1Bs or directed guidance as to how the program would be modified, etc. He's done none of that.

That's more reasonable and legal than the EO ending birthright citizenship

We don't have to import anyone. We simply have to cut free shite. Hunger and having a roof over your head will quickly cure people not wanting to work.

In regards to truck driving, it is not. At least the driving school in Cali that is responsible for all of the recent deaths and accidents on the road. Those are illegals.
H1Bs are absolutely being abused to give preferential hiring to them over paying Americans an honest living wage for the sake of margins.

To say otherwise is to be wildly ignorant of the situation or intentionally lying to shill for the god man. The Trump administration has made it clear: they've got the greatest H1Bs, folks, and we NEED them for truck drivers because Americans have never been skilled truck drivers.

These should be good jobs and businesses for non college educated Americans to and support their families on.

Gujaratis in particular rely on business ownership as a cornerstone of their culture. Non college educated whites are too dumb to realize that the federal government will loan anyone with a pulse a shite ton of money to buy a business.

End the sentence there.

Its really not complicated. What do you think happens when you eliminate the trades from high school and put able bodied young men on welfare? What happens when you let them linger on their parents health insurance until they are nearly 30? Expand already existing programs like TOPS Tech to expand tech college opportunities, bring back trade programs in school, and let the market take care of itself.

It’s amazing that India has so many brilliant people that we can’t function without or find them anywhere else in the world. About 80 % of H1b’s come from this third world country with an average IQ of 75. You would think some of the smartest people in the world would come from Germany, Japan, UK, Sweden, Spain, South Korea, Switzerland, etc.

Most H1B visa holders work in tech. over 64%

Large tech has cut millions of jobs over the past 3 years. With recent graduates having problems securing work (because of AI), we should have been cutting back on H1-B's. There are millions here since the the turn of century doing the same thing we accuse low skilled migrants of doing - Overloading services, sending their remittances back home.

Well, that’s an interesting theory. I doubt it works, but I’m okay with giving it a try. Why do you think that will work?

Well that's why the admin is pushing a ruse that H1B isn't being used for those jobs

I just want to say that I appreciate that your always stay on topic and don't post things that are irrelevant to the posted topic.

36% that does seem high.

Plus there are low bar tech and high bar tech jobs.

By all means add a PHD in plasma or photonics, but any job where the worker could be trained, shouldn't need an H1B.

It’s so difficult to fight against the H-1B1 because the politicians on both sides want it.

Republicans want it to decrease the rise in wages which makes Wall Street happy.

Democrats want it because it lowers the population of white people who don’t vote for democrats.

All the while America gets poorer and browner.
