They aren't asking to do these Drag Queen story hours after hours in libraries for adults. Or the homeless. Or seniors. Or even the disabled.
Its specifically kids.
Why?
I think most of us here know the answer. But I like to ask those who support this nonsense anyway to see if there are any brain cells left.

The court explained that "lewd" is governed by the jurisdiction for obscene, and thus the ban is subject to the three requirements of Miller: "Applying these precedents, the Act is a straightforward regulation of obscenity."
In short, admitting children to a drag show is prohibited only to the extent that the drag show is obscene under Miller.

There should be a way to permanently kick a lawyer off the bar for bringing such nonsense bullshite paid for by some NGO.
When I lived in New Orleans there was a fishing guide took us out and this guy made a mint, booked as solid as he wanted as much for the tales and comedy as the fishing.
His daughter went to Tulane and one night some guy jumped her and was dragging her between two buildings, she balling out and security there in a second and grabbed the guy, she spun around popped the guy and broke his jaw.
Week later she gets notice she is being sued for assault. Ole fishing guide said I called this judge who comes down here fishing, scared to death, he said chill, send me the summons number etc, book me to fish Monday two weeks from now and let it be.
He shows up to fish and the guide said well what is gonna happen. Judge said I honestly regret I didnt ask you to show up and enjoy it. Before it started I asked that "lawyer" to approach and asked him what he was gonna do for a living. He looked confused so I explained it. That case was not scheduled for my court, and I doubt many of his future cases would be either......but Ill have them moved to mine. And every time I will rule against him til clients realize he WILL NEVER win another judgement.....so I asked him again what is he gonna do for a living. Ole baw started crying right there. Shat heads like that should never practice law and waste taxpayer money.

And another funny Louisiana Judge story.....
Fella I know was hit by another fella, hits him back and gets sued. His father called a judge and the judge told the boy to show up at his courtroom at 8am next Monday.
Kid shows up and has to knock on the courtroom door. Judge opens the door putting on his robe, tells Chris to have a seat wont take long. Jumps behind the bench, reads the charge, asks for rebuttal and dismisses the case with no one in the courtroom except Chris and the judge.
Chris says "This is legal". Judge said "Well the case was scheduled for 1 pm, course you did not know that, but I had a "scheduling conflict so I moved it to 8am", I sent them a fax informing them 15 minutes ago, aint my fault their offices dont open til 9am..............................

LIke has been pointed out by many, they're not doing these shows at senior centers. They're not doing drag story hour and reading books to seniors at senior centers. They're only targeting children. It's indoctrination. Period.
