Suit filed today.

If I'm remembering correctly, Pfizer was already the most sued pharmaceutical company in the business (maybe in world history). How many hundreds of millions of dollars will this company have to pay out before they're forcibly disbanded and scattered to the winds?

It's not a vaccine. Never has been.

The pulmonary embolism cases will be something to watch as well.

They should be sued, but it's probably not going to go anywhere as the pharmas working on the vax were all given coverage by the PREP Act.

They have already paid over over 11 BILLION in criminal fines, civil penalties and settlement payouts.

Since 2000.

2.3 billion of that was just for straight up fraud.

It doesn't change anything because it's just the cost of doing business for them.

People should be going to jail.

And then there is all the money they spend buying up the media.

I am very curious to see the legal arguments that will get past any potential immunity

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention all the money they spend lobbying members of congress and paying off bureaucrats like Fauci.

But yes, these same people are trying interested in healing people rather than finding ways to make conditions "livable" for them to profit.

They're suing under consumer protection laws rather than seeking personal injury damages to get around this.

This, yes, opens the door for millions to sue.

Update: it has no bearing on that

Similar to this thread: Consumer advocates: Supreme Court climate case could ‘rewrite’ American economy

Once the USSC shuts down that case, this one will officially be dead.

It sounds to me like you're wish casting that people won't be held accountable for crimes.

That discussion was closed when the first Trump admin helped give them immunity from that accountability.

Over $6billion in damages have been awarded to victims of vaccines just in the USA. This in spite of the fact that the rulings come from courts rigged to protect pharma. Americans dont seem to care about the dangers.
