re: Florida Sues Pfizer Over COVID Vaccines

“PREP Act”
The Pfizer papers,(that the FDA wanted withheld for 75 years)revealed that Pfizer (and the FDA) knew three months after release of the shot that the Covid shot would not prevent infections or stop transmission of the virus.
After 4 months they knew the Covid shot was causing heart damage(primarily in young men).
It was also proven that the shots had DNA contamination that Pfizer vehemently denied.They knew or should have known that the shots were contaminated.
I’m curious if the PREP Act will protect them since there was obvious fraud on their (and FDA) part.
I would think it wouldn’t but I,have no legal background.

They had immunity under the PREP Act, which was GW Bush era policy. Immunity under that lasted until 2023, which was then extended by the Biden administration.

What is the immunity work around? Granted, they deserve to be sued to hell and back but something has to void the immunity and I don't recall the wording.

Nuisance and consumer protection laws at the state level.
