That's because you think the only function of AI is to ask ChatGPT how to write an email for you.

Yes, because China isn’t using the same playbook on their side. They have shut down information leaving their country and are playing it close of the vest, very close

Yet we are the ones freaking out about China and AI, and claiming they are scared…building and building while our debt continues to skyrocket.

Go look at the bubble we are creating. It’s crazy. Meanwhile, China is silent, watching and waiting.

They know we play for elections while they play for generations. If you don’t think China can outsmart us at this point, you may be one of the most naive people on this board.

You just exposed yourself as a retard in my book. I know exactly what it can do. I am also aware of its limitations given its current design approach. I’d be more concerned about quantum computing finally making a leap than the current AI approach working out.

China is struggling.
Because you don't see it in your own living room or bedroom does not change the facts.

We have the ability to neuter their allies (Cuba, Venezuela, Iran, and Russia is neutering themselves). We have the ability to shift trade from China to regional partners for stronger alliances (India and vietnam).

China is still stuck playing checkers.

Well since you are so knowledgeable and want the focus to be on quantum computing and not AI.....

Yes, artificial intelligence is actively helping solve major bottlenecks in quantum computing, particularly by reducing hardware errors, scaling qubit arrays, and optimizing quantum algorithms.

Yah dont say......

Keep believing that. I’d love to see your sources

You have a fundamental misunderstanding of China. They are a massive homogenous population with a much more solitary vision/culture and a better understanding of playing the long game than the USA.

If the globalist bankers decided to move capital out of the USA (let’s say to South America), this country would collapse overnight. China would suffer too, but they would rebound much faster.

You just proved my point, not yours…retard

It’s not the current “AI” that’s the danger. It is just a tool that is reaching its functional limits. The real danger is quantum computing.

Are you suggesting our corporations are building more data centers than we need? If yes, tell us how you reached that conclusion.

If no, then help us understand your concern.

You're about five years behind the curve.

PQC has been a thing for awhile.

I am a securiy practioner. I have been attending global technology shows for 25 years. The first one I attended there were cameras with "video analytics" on display. License plate readeers have been around for decades. Flock is simply a different brand of the camera. The original poster is absolutely correct as to the reasoning behind the recent uproar. The Flock CEO runs his mouth about the coopration with ICE, this is his marketing campaign.

Interesting. You'd think the supreme court would have ruled differently when they said you can't be tracked continuously without a warrant in public in Jones and Chatrie if that was really true.

- They’re spending $725 billion this year. Last year was $410 billion. That’s a 77% jump in twelve months. Amazon’s near $200 billion, Microsoft around $190, Alphabet up to $205, Meta between $115 and $145. LINK

- Do the math based on this link and it’s 725 billion in with only 150 billion out. LINK

- Ninety-two percent of their current cash flow is going back in the hole mentioned above. Buybacks used to eat 43% of it. Now it’s 16%. They’ve quietly stopped handing money back to shareholders. LINK

- The total scenario above has these companies on a very heaving borrowing cycle: $225 billion of bonds this year alone so far, up 973%. And the lenders are cooling off. Five times oversubscribed in February. Under two times by July. Some of those bonds already trade below what they were sold for. LINK

- Alphabet went cash-flow negative in Q2, first time ever. Microsoft’s expected to go negative in Q4, first time since at least 2001. Amazon’s projected negative this year. LINK

- Meanwhile, there’s $662 billion of data centre leases you’re not being shown. LINK

- The BIS named a possible AI bust and the collapse of these circular financing deals among the things most likely to crack the global financial system this year. LINK

“AI” has been “a thing” for 70 years now. Doesn’t that make you look even more stupid?

Being “a thing” and being functionally useful are two different “things”

You don't even know what PQC is

Go ahead and look it up.......I'm sure AI will give you a nice paragraph to copy and paste here. You could probably start with Shor's algorithm and go from there.

In the (small) town where I live last year there were zero. Now there are nine. The suburb north of me has a metric shite-ton now, most in the last year.

The irony is Boise proper, with an ultra-progressive mayor and council, has zero.

The same people lashing out at flock cameras also oppose data centers. These people are buying into propaganda and hysteria being pushed by organizations who want to destroy the country. We have very gullible and easily manipulated people in the country.
