Claiming that the Supreme Court has been fundamentally wrong on this for a century and half is kinda melty. Calm down, brother.
Plessy v. Ferguson and Humphrey's Executor would like aword.

"Non-Europeans."? That's not very specific.

They're Americans. Heritage Americans (or any other similar term you want to use), in fact.
Well many would claim they're not European, so I was just making sure.

It seems pretty specific. Are you confused by the word “European?”

Plessy v. Ferguson
Goblinguys was probably okay with the racist aspect of that decision.

Only when it tries to exclude populations with European DNA who speak European languages and worship European religions.

You threw out several groups. I mentioned Minnesota and Michigan. Surely you have enough to go on here.

Ok, fair. The country was FUBU from a European perspective. WASP to be precise. Expanded easily enough to include non-WASP Europeans.
I think the only honest way to talk about black Americans would be to say that black American culture is a uniquely parallel, uniquely American culture. I do think they helped craft and build the country in a meaningful way, and I would object to ethnonationalists who would disclaim black Americans in some fashion. You can argue the country wasn't "founded for" them - and that's likely true unless you stretch the concept a lot.

Next you’ll tell me Catholicism in Central America has no syncretism and has a one-to-one correspondence to Catholicism in Central Pennsylvania.

No. I'm doing my very best to avoid "one drop" discussions and purity tests, racial or otherwise.
*ETA: had to be precise there

Obfuscation intensifies.

Yes by avoiding logical inconsistencies by trying to redefine everything to fail a subjective purity test, that happens.
You were better at the "I will just not define anything" stage as opposed to the "yes I defined it that way and am now redefining variables to exclude your good points"

Discerning the legislative intent is a very old and reliable tool to use that has not connection to political Right or Left.
I am surprised that Amy and Bob decided against using this tool.

That's interesting! How?
I would have guessed that Scalia would vote to end BC.

This is not on SCOTUS. Like 99% of things, its on Congress.
No, this is on SCOTUS. Especially Roberts and ACB. This issue should have been settled today with an objective review of the 14th Amendment and the legislative intent of the 14th Amendment, which was to apply to freed slaves and their offspring... along with the 13th and 15th Amendments.
It was never conceptualized and intended for every third world savage to come here illegally and shite out a bunch of children to game the system and force American tax payers to pay for the hostile invasion and destruction of their country.
This is a terrible day in our nation's history with terrible implications for the future of this country, which finds itself in a precarious position at this time with our survival hanging in the balance.

I'm sure you know this, but he's saying you're "racist."
