First Appeals Court (9th Cir.) will hear DACA suit today.

The first appellate court in the country to get a crack at whether Trump can end DACA will be the 9th Cir. in a live-streamed oral argument later today.
For those interested, the 9th Cir. often live streams arguments, and the panels are usually very active.
I know many here can predict an outcome from the 9th Circuit, and this panel should be no exception. Kim Wardlaw is notorious for the number of times she's been reversed by the Supreme Court for her bizarrely liberal rulings; Jackie Nguyen and John Owens are both Obama appointees (2009 and 2014, respectively).
The argument starts at 2 CST and will be streamed here (Youtube).
It's always fun to watch liberal judges and conservative advocates duke it out. This obviously won't be the last step, but it'll give you a good sense of what the main arguments are on both sides - straight from the horses' mouth.

I’ll be shocked if they don’t uphold the plantiff’s suit.

The 9th Circus is a judicial joke. I think someone on here a while back posted an article showing how much more often the 9th gets over turned compared to any of the others. Stalin's drumhead courts had more validity.

Yep. It's over 80% reversals.
Trump winning the Presidency will have been less of a glorious surprise to me than the 9th Circus voting in favor of Trump on this.

Conservatives should get wise. The next time Trump does something like this, he needs operatives to immediately bring the suit in a different district to keep the litigation out of the 9th circuit.
