RE Katrina & FEMA's so called response, my sister had significant damage to both her shop in the Quarter & her home in Metairie .Giving FEMA a break because of the extensive wide spread damage to the City & the burbs, it took FEMA over a year to finally give her some relief. Ask the folks in New Jersey about FEMA after Hurrican Sandy leveled the city. The folks in Lake Charles. etc etc etc. This is a horribly corrupt & totally inefficient agency. Trump wants to dismantle it & give its money directly to the states .The relief won't suffer, it will only get better.
