I have shown that their actions do not constitute "sedition," as defined in 18 USC 2384 (Sedition), though there is at least an argument that they violated 18 USC 2387 (Promoting Military Insubordination). I have also opined that they had the ulterior motive of baiting Trump, as opposed to inciting some sort of military coup d'etat.
If you choose to believe that to constitute a "defense," go ahead. I call it "rational analysis," especially in the face of the Trumpist insistence upon IGNORING statutory language and practical reality.

I know this won’t go over well, but I’d like to remind you, and anyone else looking to play the blame game, how upset you were with another recent killing of a known public figure. It was inappropriate to place blame then and it is certainly inappropriate now especially considering this young woman did nothing to call attention to herself except honorably serve her country.

ME nationals are the most vile creatures planet earth has to offer. There is no such thing as coexistence with them.
Anyone who wants to keep them here just doesn't know or is naive. I have enough stories from Andrews AFB where Afghan nationalists were put to make you question our government. We were notified of just about every version of everything from SA to murder. Then a month or 2 went by and the drives that I used for reporting to HHQ (Pentagon) I called it something different but they were destroyed. The Afghans were also relocated almost overnight. Wouldn't shock me if that guy did stuff while on Andrews.
