I don’t think it was at all. There are multiple and reliable reports stating that because of DEI, many very qualified people who applied for ATC were turned down because they were white - because of this DEI bullshite there weren’t enough ATC on this shift and the person controlling that flight was working multiple flights at the same time In a very stressful situation.
If we didn’t have DEI then there would have been more people in the air traffic controller tower and this probably would not have happened.

ATC is very competitive.
The test is hard.
If they are recruiting only low pass people, you are going to have not a lot of people pass.

It's a super rare event in the USA. A Black hawk hitting a plane is so unlikely that it fits in with the things they warn you about in statistics.

there were 3 in the helo. all but the females name has been released.

As I said already. One of the blue angels is now a female.
All women drivers jokes aside...
There are some superb female pilots civilian and military.
The helo had no business to be where it was. If she was the lead pilot training the Crew Chief or the other guy can grab the stick.
The military hasn't been the sharpest and made poor decisions. Who ordered their flight path near a very busy airport runway?
I don't blame the men though. As every female as the face of a lot of recent tragedies---- has not had a lick of sense. Including the NOLA FBI agent.
