Feinstein pissed Trump is stacking the courts particularly 9th circuit

Basically is an endorsement of the local representatives and senators of the district the judge will be appointed.

When the majority senate appoints a senator in a particular jurisdiction, they have to get the senators in that area (in this case Feinstein and Harris for the 9th circuit) to give informal approval of the nomination before the person is submitted.
9th circuit is a liberal sack of shite and Trump has been filling spots with real judges. If you see the nomination process, every friggin dem votes against them in the senate. Tells you it must be a good pick.
And yes per the previous poster, given what Feinstein did with Kavanaugh her statement is "real rich". Bitch.

A GOP president shouldn't be bound to the appointment agreeable to the Senators from the opposition party.
And the same goes if a Dem were president.
