Forfeiture of all their possessions correct?
Yes
They were in an expensive area of Orange County and their kids live in Newport Beach. I wonder how they afforded it

That is a feel good story.
They found criminals who had been getting away with their crimes for 35 years.
I feel good already.

If you are qearing braces at that age you deserve to be deported

The moral of the story is that if you break the law, you will face negative consequences. What is hard to understand about that? The fact that you break the law and get away with it for many years doesn't mean you get a pass.

Correct. The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 has proven to be a poor decision. Those advocating for giving people who have been here for decades a pass should take the time to study it.

I'd like some details on what exactly prevented them from getting citizenship over the last 35 years.
They were spending a lot of money on the wife's teeth.

Agree. Definitely a lot more to this story.

That just means this couple while able to be successful didn't actually make sure they were legal. Becoming a citizen isn't easy but it's not 35 yrs impossible.

This is a good thing for those that didn't game the system and immigrated the legal way.
Posted on 3/22/25 at 1:43 pm to stout
Hahahahaha. And as deported criminals, they are likely to be banned from re-entry for at least five years. Adiós muchachos!

“They were put into handcuffs by their wrists and ankles and treated as criminals before getting to these detention centers,” Stephanie Gonzalez told KTLA.
Just goes to show you, the illegal aliens, the leftist globalist don't and never will see that breaking into this country with intent to stay is criminality.
Their daughter is 27 years od, born here in the US and still thinks what her parents did is normal and legal should treated as such.
Just because you passed an Exam because you stole the answers and cheated doesn't make equal to those that earned it.
