This is the best scene in Network, not the "...I'm mad as hell..." scene.

I think the best scene is the contract negotiations between the network executives, the terrorists, and the Communist party representative.
Between the Angela Davis knockoff whining about the Communist party going broke on the show and the big scary black man firing off a shot in the air… simply to say “give them that concession and move onto the next section of the contract.”
The whole movie is a black comedy masterpiece that tends to get overlooked because it was up against the likes of Rocky, Taxi Driver, and All The President’s Men.

It's not going to matter if Elon has (and releases) communications from her directing Twitter on what speech to silence. If such a smoking gun exists, even taking the 5th won't save her.
Another issue here is that there are no criminal penalties for the government attempting to silence free speech.

This "administration" has so many WTF's going on with it.
How is a press secretary responsible for colluding with big tech. Is that an assignment of her role? Shouldn't she have been fired long ago for doing anything policy related? She's the press secretary. Not anybody important. Her job is to talk to the press, not dabble in policy making.
It's like Yellen (Department of Treasury) talking about creating laws for Twitter.
Does everyone's job title include an umbrella assignment that they can do whatever they want in any aspect they want?
