Our President needs to announce he's moving to a new platform and let twitter die without him.

Using that logic, Twitter cannot block conservatives from using the platform. It is a public forum after all and you can’t restrict free speech in a public forum.

Pretty sure that decision was specific to government entities on Twitter IIRC.

If that is the judge’s position, Twitter should not be allowed to ban or suspend you for your comments.

BTW...I am no Alex Jones fan.

I would say an elected official who uses Twitter to get his message to the masses shouldn’t block anyone UNLESS threats of violence, foul language or harassment issues come up. Then let the court handle it.

I bet that same judge has no issue with Facebook taking down Infowars' page.

Only if you don’t understand that the First Amendment applies to the government, not private entities

So if it's a public forum when Trump uses it, is it also public forum that must treat all forms of speech equally?

Starting to get mildly pissed at these Far Left zealots.

Maybe just enough to imagine ripping off their lips, putting them in a sandwich, and making the losers eat it...

If they're a "public forum" then how the frick can they decide who gets to talk and who doesn't?

You're misunderstanding the ruling, which is not your fault considering CptBengal doesn't know what it means either.

Yeah well, that's like his opinion. TRUMP can just appeal the decision up to The TRUMP Court.

They ruled that Trump cannot decide who gets to see his tweets and who cannot. Twitter can do as they please, but government entities on Twitter cannot.
