Don't you idiot Trumpkins wonder why he goes to such great lengths to keep them from coming out??
Because 90% of the population doesn’t know how the frick to read a tax return so orange man bad didn’t pay taxes one year due to legal recourses while also making millions and the media runs with orange man doesn’t pay his taxes.

I know exactly why he does it and I agree with him and any future candidate of either party that does the same

Same reason you , me or anyone else because it’s none of their business . If there is a issue the IRS would flag like anyone else . That it hasn’t should tell you something .

This order to turn over documents to the New York DA is going to be invalidated by the courts. Face it. Trump won again.

This order to turn over documents to the New York DA is going to be invalidated by the courts. Face it. Trump won again.
This Order does not direct Trump to “turn over” anything. It dismisses a federal court lawsuit that Trump filed, asking a federal court to interfere with a grand jury subpoena issued in state court.
I have read the entire order, and the court’s reasoning under the anti-injunction act is sound. that ruling is not related to in any way to the validity of the document request. It arises solely from a federal statute which directs federal courts to keep their noses out of state court litigation, except in very narrow circumstances not here present. it does not even address the question of whether an income tax return is subject to discovery.
The order also contains a great deal of dicta addressing Trumps claims that he is immune from criminal prosecution in state courts. This analysis is a much closer call, but it is irrelevant due to the ruling ruling under the Anti-Injunction Act. this analysis is also completely independent of the question of discoverability of income tax returns.
In short, this ruling simply sends the (tax return) dispute back to the state court system. Perhaps a New York state court will eventually quash the subpoena, but I rather doubt it.

Does the state of Ny want his Ny tax return only? Is this their way in to seeing all of his business taxes or is this only his personal filing?
A better question is do they move this to federal court on basis of appeal?

I'm a CPA and I can promise you'd have no idea what you're looking at, especially without all of the work papers.

Or better yet the Trump Foundation
Do you honestly believe if they had anything legitimate on DJT'S taxes or business dealings it would not have come out already? The Deep State had all the info on DJT and yet they have NOTHING to bring him down.
2 SC justices and hundreds of Federal Court Judges? Just keep throwing Shite into the Fan. It's all flapping back on you in your face.
The curtain has not fallen yet but it is over. DJT has outsmarted you every day at every level.

It covers a number of Trump-related entities, and it seeks ALL tax returns.
Here is a more-readable link to the 75-page Order.

False premise but some people operate on principle when it comes to maintaining rights. Just because they don't want to give up certain rights doesn't necessarily equate to there being something to hide.

What do you think his tax returns are going to tell you that the IRS doesn't already know? There's no chance there's anything there.
