Ok... This is the guy who exposed Uranium one and Russia, kickbacks, bribery, and blackmail. He went to the fbi, they made him an informant.
He tried to talk about the events, but Lynched threatened his freeedom because the FBI made him sign a NDA.

Executive branch cannot prevent legislative branch oversight. NDA doesn't need lifted. Could be closed session though.
